The Rev. Liz Skaleski, Deacon

Liz Skaleski was born and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut. She holds a degree in Music Performance from Western Connecticut State University. She is a professional flutist, and has a teaching studio in her home.     

 

Liz completed two years of religious study in the Ministry Exploration and Education Program and two years in the Diocesan Deacon Training program. During this time she completed a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education at Norwalk Hospital as a chaplain. She was ordained a vocational deacon on September 12, 2009.

Liz is especially interested in healing ministry. She welcomes the opportunity to empower, inspire, and support Christian people in ministry in the world.  

 

Liz is an avid gardener and animal lover. She resides in Norwalk with her husband Bob, and son Elliot. She also has two daughters, Anna and Emily, who live in Florida and Texas. The Skaleski’s are the proud owners of two dogs, Maggie, a yellow lab, and Ross, a golden retriever.
